Full week: The registration fee includes the attendance to the event, a ticket to the conference dinner, conference bag, coffee and lunches.

One day: The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions on the particular day, refreshments, lunches and conference materials. Does not include the conference dinner. Entry to the dinner can be bought separately.

Exhibition booth: The booth fee includes a 4m2 exhibition stand, electrical sockets, table and two chairs and two poster walls. The fee also includes one exhibitor badge covering coffees, lunches, but does not include the conference dinner. Entry to the dinner can be bought separately. All prices include 24% VAT.

You can buy separate tickets for the event for 105 €.

Accomodation

The conference hotels are no longer available.

Cancellation policy

Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Konffa Ltd. The fee for any amendments is 8 EUR/ registration. Should there be any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be 8 EUR.

Registration fees

  • Cancellations will be accepted until 14th April with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of 50 €.
  • After 15th April no refunds will be given.

Accommodation bookings

Accommodation bookings are binding and the room charge will be invoiced directly after the registration.

  • Until 31st March hotel cancellations will be accepted less an administration charge of 50 €
  • After 1st April no refunds will be given and the hotel reservations will be charged fully
  • If the hotel guest does not arrive to the hotel until 6 pm on the arrival day, the room reservation will be released and the room will be charged fully. In case of late arrival, please notify the hotel directly.

Force Majeure, health related issues

Should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person’s health, the registration fee will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of EUR 50.00. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Konffa Ltd.

An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification. Konffa Ltd recommends all-inclusive travel insurance. Hotel costs will not be refunded after 1st April.
